Our COVID-19 Policy

With the lockdown back upon us in the Greater Toronto Area, we remain open for business. Because of the nature of our work, we have to enter peoples’ homes, and this comes with some risk. In order to minimize this risk, we strive to meet (or exceed) the safety requirements mandated by the Government of Ontario

Our policy since this the beginning has been to wear masks at all times when inside clients' homes. Additionally, we try to maintain the most physical distance possible, minimum 6 feet, and keep hands and other items sanitized and as clean as possible.

How it's worked out, practically speaking, is that we try to stay in separate rooms from each other, keep doors closed, and keep masks on, as much as possible. If necessary we can tape the doors and heating registers shut, and provide a separate air circulation inside the spaces we’re working by opening windows to outside. We are VERY concerned with both our own safety and the safety and comfort of my clients. We all have families that we want to keep safe. So that if the measures stated above don't provide a level of protection that you're comfortable with, we will work together to try to figure something out - even if that means waiting until the lockdown is done. Your safety and comfort are paramount in both our opinion and our practice.

Stay safe out there everyone.
